Tips for Home Practice

 

 

 

 

Before

Try to avoid eating an hour before. Be clean and dressed in comfortable clothing. Use a clean quiet, airy space. Always use a mat. Enter your space in a peaceful frame of mind.

 

 

 

 

 

During

Effortless effort. Relaxed exertion. Be mindful of your movements. Aware of your body and breath. Be patient with yourself and enjoy what happens.

 

 

 

 

 

 

After

Try to avoid eating at least 30mins after class. Try to maintain the inner stillness cultivated by avoiding busy, stressful, active environments.
